Stefano Sarubbi
Born in Milan in 1965, he holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant, Auditor and Public Journalist. Active for more than 25 years in tax and corporate consulting for groups also operating internationally, he has also gained relevant experience in corporate organization and internal control, as well as in the implementation and optimization of business procedures. He is among the founders of the SIGMAGEST Group, which has been active for many years in business areas related to business organization, administrative outsourcing projects and risk consulting. He is the author of several in-depth works on tax and budget matters. From 1991 to the present, he has served as an auditor in several companies. He is also currently chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of INWIT S.p.a. (a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange), of COCA-COLA ITALIA S.r.l., as well as member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of SHISEIDO ITALY S.p.a. and Sole Auditor of MATTEL ITALY S.r.l.
He is a member of various Supervisory Boards in major Italian companies.
Alberto Carlo Magri
Alberto Carlo Magrì, born in Milan on November 26, 1973, is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers of Milan and of the Register of Auditors. He has been managing partner of Clarkson Hyde Studio since 2012. In the year of his licensing – 1996 – he was among the youngest enrolled in the then College of Accountants (commercialisti) of Milan and Lodi (now the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers), at the age of 22.
He is on the Board of Statutory Auditors of a number of companies belonging to National and International Groups (Qiagen Group, Van Leeuwen Group, A2A Group) as well as a member of a number of Boards of Statutory Auditors of publicly held companies. He is also a member of Supervisory Boards of medium-sized companies.
Alberto Venturini
Born in Milan in 1978, he graduated in Business Economics and Legislation from Bocconi Commercial University Luigi Bocconi in 2003, and has been a member of the Lodi Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Bookkeepers since 2006 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 2007.
