Chairman
Dina Ravera
A graduate in Electronic Engineering with a Master's degree in Business Administration from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, she is a senior partner at Destination Italia. In her distinguished professional career spanning more than 20 years leading large corporations, Dina has overseen numerous merger, M&A, restructuring and turnaround, and international transactions. Prior to acquiring Destination Italia, she held managerial positions in several companies: Associate Principal of McKinsey & Co; CEO of Gandalf - Even G7; - 3Italia/H3G S.p.A. with the roles of Program Management Director, Marketing Director, Executive Director and General Manager; as well as CEO of 3Lettronica Industriale S.p.A and, Executive Director and Merger Integration Officer of Wind Tre S.p.A. As a recognized leader, she served as President of ASSTEL (still the only woman to have held that position). Dina, is an Independent Director of several publicly traded companies: Inwit, A2A and Reply; and, since September 2020, has been Chairman of the Milan Institutes Martinitt, Stelline and Pio Albergo Trivulzio. Dina is also Chairman of the OPC Advisory Board for the Neva First Fund.
